AI Software Engineer,homelab owner, runner.

I'm Tomás. I work as an AI Software Engineer, which in practice means two things: integrating AI into software, and automating the work around it that shouldn't need a person doing it by hand.

I studied Computer Science — a bachelor's followed by a master's with a major in artificial intelligence and machine learning. The degree gave me the theory; most of what I use day to day came from building things with it afterwards.

Outside work I run a homelab, a smart home built on Home Assistant, and I run. All three have a habit of turning into software projects.

This is where I document the things I build, the systems I run, the experiments that work, and the ones that don't. It's a work in progress and will stay that way, which feels appropriate.
